Funding Sources

NDIS & Fees

The following funding sources are available to access support through SBPP. The cost of each consultation will be discussed with you prior to your appointment.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people with a disability via support packages that are tailored to individual needs.

Scott Bradley Paediatric Physiotherapy provides services to clients who self-manage or plan-manage their NDIS funding. Please contact us for further information.

Physiotherapy consults may be funded by your private health insurer, the rebate provided by each health fund varies so it is best to contact your insurer to see your coverage.

SBPP will provide you with an invoice to claim your rebate through your private health care insurer.

Your child may be eligible to receive a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan. A referral from your GP is required which entitles your child to five rebated Physiotherapy sessions in a calendar year. A gap payment will still apply. Contact your GP for further information.

We understand that things don’t always go to plan, so should you require to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. SBPP requests that you inform us of any changes to your appointment before 3:00pm the day prior to your appointment. If the required notice is not given, SBPP will request payment for any cancelled/missed appointments.
